TUITION
Tuition rates for the following school year are established by a vote of the full membership in January.
A non-refundable deposit is due in April in order to secure your child’s place in a class for the following year. See Payment Schedule below. If the partial tuition payment is not received within 10 days of the original due date, the child will be withdrawn from SHS and the opening will be filled.
The remaining tuition is paid in four installments. Monthly payment plans are available by application, and must be approved by the Treasurer in advance. Tuition Assistance funds are available. For details, please see Tuition Assistance Policy.

LATE PAYMENTS
Payments are due by the established due dates. If payment is not received by the due date, the member family will be notified that a $25 late fee has been assessed to their account and that the new balance must be received within 10 days of the original due date. If the balance is not received by the tenth day, the child will be
withdrawn from SHS and the opening will be filled.
Saxon Hill School realizes that families can experience unforeseen financial difficulties. Families should contact the Treasurer as soon as possible to discuss payment options and make alternate arrangements if needed.
